The perspective is really great and kinda new, I never saw a piece like this before. That's always a good point. The idea with the wooden floor is good 'cause it gives your work the wanted surreal touch.

But it's not really clear that the person is falling down. You speed up when falling from such a high building and that means you have to add motion blur to get the right effect. And I think the borderparts can be much more darker, so that you really focus only on the person.
I can't speak from my own experience but I think you wouldn't sid in the chair while falling down without holding it. But yet it's a dream/nightmare so anything goes.
You also should take a closer look to the persons arms. Right now they look more like those of a doll, they're a little too stiff.
And to give your work a more nightmarish look, use more contrast. Now the whole piece is more or less grey. Maybe you should make a value chart to learn to get more color grading.
